Kevin Muir is a teacher, author, and business consultant who has
been working with companies for 11 years to help them turn their
businesses around and become successful once again. In the process,
he has helped nearly 400 companies get a fresh start with their

Before working as a consultant, Mr. Muir worked as the financial
executive for Procter & Gamble. He was also the Group Controller
